Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@retrogradestore.com
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please email us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to most international destinations. Shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 2–5 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:
Is unworn, unwashed, and unused
Is in original packaging
Meets our return conditions
How do I request a return?

Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
Return instructions will be provided after approval.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from our side.
Non-Returnable Items
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once unsealed
Altered items

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us for advice.
Will the colors look exactly the same in real life?
We do our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
